Welcome to ho777. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ho777 ("ho777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ho777 website at https://ho777.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any products or services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the ho777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

Use of the ho777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ho777 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ho777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any bonus funds credited to those accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. ho777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ho777 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ho777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process in compliance with its obligations under its international gaming licence. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement header, etc.)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ho777 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be notified to you in advance. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

ho777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. ho777 does not accept cash deposits except through designated Cash OTC channels. Deposits made via mobile wallet (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically credited to your ho777 account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.

ho777 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your ho777 account and that is registered in your own name. ho777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposit, or anonymous payment instruments.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied in full.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected payment method must be met.
• There must be no open investigation, security review, or dispute affecting your account.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. ho777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where amounts exceed defined thresholds.

ho777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

7.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the ho777 system. In the event of a technical error or system failure at the time of bet placement, ho777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account. Bets placed after the official start of an event (for pre-match markets) will be voided.

7.2 Cricket & PSL Markets

Given ho777's focus on the Pakistani market, cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), PCB-organised internationals, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — represents a primary sportsbook category. 7.3 Void Bets & Event Cancellation

ho777 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the odds were published in error due to a manifest pricing mistake; credible evidence of match manipulation or fixing has been received from a recognised sports integrity body; or the bet was placed on a market that was clearly mis-categorised.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per sport, and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. ho777 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ho777 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonuses, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity — including chargebacks, false payment disputes, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud.
• Money laundering — using the ho777 Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonuses.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play — use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets with the primary intention of exploiting pricing discrepancies rather than for genuine recreational purposes, at a scale that causes material harm to ho777's sportsbook operations.
• Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or operate your ho777 account.
• Harassment — threatening, abusing, or harassing ho777 employees, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform; or use ho777's trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an endorsement that has not been authorised in writing by ho777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ho777's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player into their ho777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ho777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data or account information; losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond ho777's reasonable control; or decisions made by a player in reliance on information published on the Platform.

ho777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, and circumstances beyond ho777's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, actions of third-party providers, or force majeure events — may affect Platform availability from time to time.

ho777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Continuing to provide services to the player would expose ho777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting ho777 customer support. Where an account is closed voluntarily and there are no outstanding disputes or pending investigations, any verified balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ho777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits ho777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

ho777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ho777 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ho777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
